Small concrete precast units are widely used in urban river slope protection, dam head, highway slope and gate, bridge head slope, side ditch and other parts. Although its external size is small, with the rapid development of highway construction, its number is increasing. Although the strength of the small prefabricated parts used at present is qualified, the appearance is not beautiful, which affects the landscape along the line. How to improve the internal and external quality of small precast concrete members is a problem faced by every construction unit. Combined with engineering examples, this paper introduces the construction technology and quality control points of small-scale precast concrete components with one-time stamping plastic mold, which can better solve the internal and external quality problems of small-scale precast components.
