材料选用
Material selection
（1）水泥：普通硅酸盐P.O 42.5水泥；
(1) cement: Ordinary Portland P.O 42.5 cement;
（2）碎石：因为盖板只有8cm厚，根据技术规范及施工要求，粒径选择为5-20mm。粒径太大不便于捣固，而且对表面光洁度也会产生影响；
(2) gravel: because the cover plate is only 8cm thick, according to the technical specifications and construction requirements, the particle size is 5-20mm. The particle size is too large to be tamped, and it will also affect the surface finish.
（3）砂：宜采用中砂偏细的河砂，细度模数2.4左右；
(3) sand: river sand with medium to fine sand should be used with fineness modulus of about 2.4;
（4）清质液压油，使用时不能蘸取直接投抹，应蘸取后拧干，再擦于模具上。
(4) the hydraulic oil for cleaning shall not be directly applied when it is used. It shall be dried after being dipped and then applied on the mould.
1.3  机具选用
1.3 selection of machines and tools
（1）搅拌机：根据施工生产及搅拌机搅拌能力，选用350型强制式搅拌机；
(1) mixer: according to the construction production and mixer mixing capacity, 350 type forced mixer is selected;
（2）振动台：根据盖板的大小制作振动台，振动台宜同时放置3个模具，并稍有宽裕；振动器选用2KW高频振动器，确保砂浆及混凝土能排出气泡、振捣压实。
(2) vibration table: the vibration table shall be made according to the size of the cover plate, and three molds shall be placed on the vibration table at the same time, with a little margin; the vibrator shall be 2kW high-frequency vibrator to ensure that the mortar and concrete can discharge bubbles, vibrate and compact.
（3）盖板运送推车：采用两轮平板推车，用于运送浇筑好的模具及盖板运输。运送时可分层叠放，提高运输效率。
(3) cover plate transport cart: two wheel flat plate cart is used to transport the poured mold and cover plate. It can be stacked in layers to improve transportation efficiency.
