小型混凝土预制件广泛用于城市河道护坡、坝头、高速公路边坡及闸门、桥头堆坡、边沟等部位，虽然其外型尺寸不大，但随着高速公路建设的飞速发展，其数量却越来越大。目前所使用的小型预制件虽然强度合格，但外观不美，影响沿线景观。如何提高小型混凝土预制构件的内在和外观质量是每一个施工单位所面临的问题。文章结合工程实例，介绍一次性冲压成型塑料模具预制小型混凝土构件的施工工艺及质量控制要点，可以较好地解决小型预制件的内在和外观质量问题。
Small concrete precast parts are widely used in urban river slope protection, dam head, expressway side slope and gate, bridge head slope, side ditch and other parts. Although its size is not large, but with the rapid development of expressway construction, the number of small precast concrete is increasing. Although the present use of small preform, although the strength is qualified, but the appearance is not beautiful, affect the landscape along the line. How to improve the internal and external quality of the small concrete prefabricated components is a problem for every construction unit. Combined with engineering practice, this paper introduces the construction technology and quality control points of one-time stamping forming plastic mold precast small concrete components, which can better solve the problem of internal and external quality of small prefabricated parts.
